Eligibility and Participation Guidelines for Conference Speakers

The Atlantic Federation for Technical Education and Research (AFTER) invites academicians, researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to participate as speakers at its upcoming conferences and academic gatherings. Speaker sessions are designed to encourage the exchange of knowledge, innovative research ideas, and interdisciplinary collaboration among participants from universities and professional institutions worldwide.

These sessions provide an opportunity for speakers to share their expertise, highlight recent developments in their field, and contribute to meaningful academic discussions.

Who Can Apply

Who Can Apply as a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional

Possess expertise in a relevant academic or professional discipline

Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective presentation ability

Have interest in sharing research findings, innovations, or professional insights

Prior conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Role of Speakers at AFTER Conferences

Speakers selected for the conference will:

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during the assigned session

Present research findings, innovative ideas, or professional case studies

Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Contribute to academic knowledge exchange during the conference

After Selection

Expectations from Selected Speakers

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

Submit a short abstract or topic summary for evaluation

Provide presentation slides and a brief speaker profile within the specified timeline

Ensure that submitted content is original and properly prepared

Follow the schedule and instructions shared by the organizing committee

Attend a technical rehearsal session if the presentation is conducted virtually
