Register at the registration desk and pick up your conference materials.

The opening ceremony will be hosted by the conference chair. Following that, keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share the results of their cutting-edge research with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all participants to take a group photo.

The session chair will start the session on time and grade each presentation, which should be completed in 15 minutes, including Q&A.

When sending registration confirmation, please include your meal preference (vegetarian/non-vegetarian).

The organiser will host a closing ceremony at which the best papers will be announced and certificates will be awarded. However, due to the early departure of some participants, the best presentation may be chosen and announced immediately following the conclusion of each session.
