the deadline for registration.
Ans: In such a case, we advise you to reach out to our team and give us a clear indication of how long it will take for them to approve your application.

In dire circumstances, the most we can wait is two weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Yes, you are allowed to submit your abstract only for publication in the conference proceedings if you wish to do so.

No, only entire papers are considered for publication in journals, as our Editing & Reviewing team will need
to evaluate the entire paper in order to determine its eligibility for publication.
Ans: No, this decision will be taken solely by our Editing & Reviewing team based on their assessment of the suitability of your research paper.
In order to allow sufficient time for this evaluation to occur, we urge you to ensure the
submission of your entire paper at least two weeks before the registration deadline.
Ans: Yes, as soon as our Editing & Reviewing team is done reviewing your submission, you will be sent a PER or Paper Evaluation Report
In the event that your paper is approved for publication in a journal, you will be sent an additional report called the ERR or Editorial Review Report containing detailed feedback.
In order to receive these reports, you will have to make sure to submit your research paper in its entirety.
Ans: This depends entirely on how soon we receive your response to the PER and ERR reports, i.e., how soon you make all the necessary changes to your paper and submit the revised version.
We work tirelessly towards ensuring that every paper that we receive is given the due attention that it needs to ensure quick publication.
That said, the publication of a paper can take a minimum of six months.
Ans: Yes. Even if we’ve published your paper in the conference proceedings, you can still go ahead and get it published in another journal.

Note: Abstracts or papers once published in the conference proceedings will not be deleted or modified.
