AFTER provides an official Invitation Letter to participants who have successfully registered for the conference. This letter serves as confirmation of your participation and is issued in English for submission to the relevant authorities during your application process.

Please note that this document is intended only as supporting evidence and does not guarantee approval, as all decisions are made independently by embassies or consulates.

How to Request

To receive your Invitation Letter, please complete the following:

Complete Registration

Finish your conference registration and ensure the payment is successfully processed.

Fill Registration Form

After confirmation, you will receive a Registration Form link. Submit all required details accurately.

Verification Stage

Your submitted information will be reviewed by the organizing team.

Receive Letter

Once verified, the Invitation Letter will be issued and sent to your registered email.
