01 Landscape Fragmentation and Its Ecological Impacts
This session will explore the effects of landscape fragmentation on biodiversity and ecosystem services. Researchers are invited to present studies that assess the ecological consequences of habitat fragmentation in agricultural landscapes.
02 Agroecosystem Monitoring for Biodiversity Conservation
This track focuses on innovative methods for monitoring agroecosystems to enhance biodiversity conservation. Contributions should highlight practical approaches and technologies that support sustainable agricultural practices.
03 Habitat Connectivity and Species Diversity
This session aims to discuss the importance of habitat connectivity in maintaining species diversity within fragmented landscapes. Papers should address strategies for enhancing connectivity and their implications for conservation efforts.
04 Ecosystem Services in Agricultural Landscapes
Participants will examine the role of ecosystem services in supporting agricultural productivity and biodiversity. Research that quantifies and values these services in the context of land-use planning is particularly welcome.
05 Land-Use Planning for Sustainable Agriculture
This track will focus on the integration of biodiversity considerations into land-use planning for agricultural systems. Presentations should explore frameworks and policies that promote sustainable land management practices.
06 Conservation Assessment in Fragmented Landscapes
This session invites contributions that assess conservation strategies in landscapes affected by fragmentation. Studies should evaluate the effectiveness of various conservation measures in enhancing ecological integrity.
07 Ecological Corridors and Their Role in Biodiversity
This track will delve into the design and implementation of ecological corridors as a means to mitigate the effects of fragmentation. Papers should discuss case studies that demonstrate the benefits of corridors for species movement and habitat connectivity.
08 Sustainable Farming Practices and Biodiversity Outcomes
This session will explore the relationship between sustainable farming practices and biodiversity outcomes in agricultural settings. Researchers are encouraged to present empirical studies that link farming methods to biodiversity metrics.
09 Impacts of Agricultural Practices on Habitat Management
This track will investigate how various agricultural practices influence habitat management and biodiversity. Contributions should focus on identifying practices that enhance or degrade ecological integrity.
10 Landscape Ecology Approaches to Biodiversity Research
This session will highlight landscape ecology methodologies applied to the study of biodiversity in agricultural contexts. Papers should demonstrate how these approaches can inform conservation and management strategies.
